Why people switch from Sonix to Scriptivox

    No hours to count

Sonix Core includes 5 hours a month, Advanced 20 and Pro 40, and extra hours cost $10 each. Scriptivox Pro has no daily or monthly cap.

    Meetings without the top plan

Sonix keeps its AI meeting recorder for its Pro plan at $80 a month. Scriptivox Pro is $20 a month and includes an assistant that joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls.

A free plan you can keep using

Sonix gives new accounts 30 free minutes. Scriptivox Free transcribes 3 files every day, each up to 30 minutes.

When Sonix may suit you better

    • Sonix translates transcripts into 54+ languages on every plan. Scriptivox does not translate transcripts yet.
    • It is built for teams working on transcripts together: user permissions, shared team folders, version history and speaker voiceprints on Advanced and up, and a medical transcription model on Pro.
    • Sonix Pay As You Go has no subscription: $10 per hour of audio, charged to the second. If you transcribe only an hour or so a month, that can cost less.
