    Lecture to Text

How to turn a lecture into text

Record the lecture on your phone or laptop, or use the recording your course or Zoom saves, then upload the file. Scriptivox writes out what was said, with timestamps and speaker labels, in more than 100 languages, and gives you a summary to revise from.

    1. Get the recording

Record the lecture with your phone's voice recorder or the recorder in Scriptivox, or download the recording your course or Zoom saves.

    2. Upload it

Drop the audio or video file into Scriptivox (MP3, M4A, MP4, WAV and most other formats) and pick the lecture's language, or let Scriptivox detect it.

    3. Study from the text

Read and search the transcript, jump to any moment from a word, get a summary of the key points, ask questions about the lecture, and export it to PDF, DOCX or TXT.
