    How to turn a WhatsApp voice message into text

    Save the voice message from the chat as a file, upload it, and Scriptivox writes out what was said, with timestamps, in more than 100 languages.

    1. Save the voice message

      On iPhone, press and hold the message, tap Forward, then the share icon and Save to Files. On Android, share the message to your files, or find it in the WhatsApp Voice Notes folder.

    2. Upload it

      Drop the file into Scriptivox. WhatsApp voice notes are OPUS files, which Scriptivox reads as they are.

    3. Read the text
